Mocha-Chia Pudding

I could think of no perfect way to start a morning than with a pre-made cup of coffee and breakfast all in one!  Simply mix it up and pop it into the fridge before going to bed and wake up to a ready made breakfast.

 

Mocha-Chia Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients
  1. 1 small shot of coffee
  2. 1 Tbsp organic cocao
  3. 1 Tbsp coconut sugar (or more if preferred)
  4. 1 cup nut or coconut milk
  5. 4 Tbsp organic chia seeds
Instructions
  1. In a glass jar, combine all the ingredients together and give it a good shake.
  2. Leave to set in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Serve with yogurt, coconut cream and berries

    1. Hi Darryl, not really as the chia seeds are rather essential for binding. Sounds to me like you are an eggs for brekkie person, maybe have look at some of my other recipes for a totally different alternative to this recipe. xx D
